Manuscript Guidelines

International Journal of Research in Wireless Systems encourages both original and review articles. However, preference would be given to the former.

 The author needs to take care of the following issues:

  1. The manuscript should be double column and can have up to 20 pages. All the submitted articles would be checked for Plagiarism.
  2. All manuscripts should be written in English (either American or British English) on A4 paper (206x294 mm) with a wide margin.
  3. The submitted manuscript should not have page numbers, headers or footers.
  4. The author needs to submit the copyright and consent form together with the manuscript, thereby declaring that the article has not been published anywhere else.
  5. Published articles become the sole property of International Journal of Research in Wireless Systems (IJRWS). However, the journal will not charge any subscription charges.
  6. Manuscript should be submitted through the online submission link on the website itself or through EDAS. The information about the submission link would be provided under the section of Call for Papers.
  7. Manuscripts should consist of the following sections: Title, Abstract, Introduction, System Description, Results/Observations, Discussion, Acknowledgements, References, Tables, Figures and Legends.
  8. Every submitted article might be send to two reviewers and one editor. The decision of the majority would be applicable. The Journal follows double blind review process.
  9. The Journal and its conferences encourages Calibri font but can also accept Times New Roman.
  10. The Journal follows Vancouver style for referencing.

  1. Stage 1: Day 1- Day 2: The manuscripts have to be submitted through the On-line submission link / EDAS submission link. The paper would be checked for format conformity and plagiarism. Only papers with proper format and a similarity score below 20 would be forwarded to stage 2.
  2. Stage 2: Day 3- Day 4: Reviewers are assigned with due consideration to conflicts of interest.
  3. Stage 3: Day 5-Day 15: The two reviewers and one editor submit their review forms.
  4. Stage 4: Day 16-Day 20: Decision taken through majority vote and authors are informed.

The reviewer would assess the assigned manuscript on the following parameters

  1. Similarity Score / Plagiarism check.
  2. Type of article: Original Article or Review Article.
  3. Conformity with the Manuscript template.
  4. English Language structure
  5. Technical Quality of the paper
